Construction Updates
Weekly Construction Update – Tuesday, October 28th
Below is the weekly construction update for the Inglewood Golf Club parking lot improvement project. Note the forecasted plan may have daily adjustments due to weather and/or other contractor schedule changes.
The parking lot will continue to be closed, and all construction staging will occur within the parking lot.
Until further notice, Club members and guests should park adjacent to the clock and first tee, along Inglewood Road near the pro shop, along Inglewood Road near the ninth fairway on the curb or in the back west parking lot near the lake.
We will dig space for new electrical conduits and will be placing the new light poles, irrigation, and low-voltage CCTV controls.
We’ll also continue forming curbs and then pouring concrete for the curbs. We’ll also be cleaning up additional debris and bringing in new landscaping rock.
Caution – As you may have noticed, we cut in a trench by the cart barn for the electrical conduit. Carts leaving/entering from that area will need to either use the street or go around behind the barn for access for a few days next week.

Survey work for the new curbs will also begin.
Note that the gate at the end of Inglewood Road is now locked because flaggers are no longer needed.

Cars entering or exiting the club might be stopped up to 10 minutes from the cart barns through to the clubhouse depending on how and when trucks are loading. The gate at the end of Inglewood Road will be open from 7am – 7pm Monday through Friday for additional access.
Several trucks will be entering and exiting the parking lot during tree removal work. Please use caution and pay attention to construction flaggers who will be directing traffic.
